Little late posting this. I started my 4th week 4 days ago. Tonight will be the last pin of the forth week. 300 Test E @ 575/per week. .25 Arimdex EOD. Clomid and Nolva on hand for PCT No prelabs other than about 6-8 months ago had a physical and Test was about 310, if I remember correctly. Doctor said it was "in range"

Started at 240 and 17%bf

Goals: gain lean muscle, drop bf%. BF has been measured on the electronic home scale so accuracy is questionable.

Its been 20ish years since my last cycle 3-4 cycles under my belt. NONE were done with any pct or Ai :(

Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Tri/Bi
Wednesday: Shoulder/Back
Thurs: Leg

30-45min cardio mon-thurs, 10-15 min of lactate threshold intervals. Saturday is either a 10-25mile MTB ride or a 3-5 mile run

Typical food intake
Morning: coffee, oatmeal, 2-3 eggs, water and assortment of vit's, fish oil, cycle support supplements.
Snack: protein shake or HB eggs(2) maybe a handfull of cashews
Lunch: Chicken breast and thigh. Green beans/carrots...some type of veggie that can be eaten cold and on the go
Snack: Cliffbar or cashews. Protein shake. Maybe a HB egg if I'm feeling sporty
Dinner: Chicken or lean beef or deer. Veggies. Maybe a 1/2 cup of basmati or brown rice

If dinner isn't to late than I try to get another serving of chicken down with some sort of veggie. If that's too late, I dont sleep well digesting food, then a shake.

2+ gallons of water daily
BCAA during workouts.

Tracking food with a couple fitness apps shows a 500ish deficit.

I was planning to get bloods done this week but due to work it will have to be next week.

At this point I'm at 235.5lbs
BF% is at 17% but lean definition has increased.
Strength is up. 3-5% on all the weights. I maxed my seated incline press at 1035lbs last week, one rep which is huge for me. Standing calf raises I can now rep all the weight, 400lbs 7-10x. My legs are especially strong, I was a pro cyclist in my 20s-30s.

I'm trying to get more protein in my diet, I feel like I'm daily about 80gm's short.
I feel fantastic. Recovery is quick. Libido is up. Aggression is slightly up. No PIP at the site, rotating glutes, 3/side top,mid,lower. I'd love to see 10-12% BF on this cycle. Plan to run it until 10 weeks, possible pushed to 12. Blood pressure is near normal for me 122/80 average check morning and night.

I won't update this daily, but weekly for sure. Any suggestions are welcome, this is my first thought out cycle with actual supports and a beginning and a end. All the others where kinda caveman like.
 
Update.....
Everything's coming along well. Strength is up. Today was Tri/ Bi day, weights are up another 10%ish over previous week. Able to dig deeper and grab an extra few more reps. My workout partner doesn't know I'm on a cycle and I passed him on the seated preachers and rope pull downs today.

Some shoulder acne for the past few weeks. Still loosing BF, appearance is leaner. Friends that I haven't seen in 3-4 months have commented on that.

Still all good. ;)
 
It's nice when other people start noticing the hard work you've been putting in.

Did you start taking Arimidex right away or did you start taking it a couple weeks into your cycle?

2nd week. My nips got sensitive so i started it. I use a 1/4mg EOD and no visible sides. I need to get mid cycle bloods but I'm a slack ass and work/family life's been crazy I need to make the time. The drawing lab is all the way across town and I'm never there. All excuses.

No bloods yet... I know....
I'm mid week 6, if my math and memory doesn't suck.
Everything is going well. I'm visibly able to see the difference in my body. I've had people that I haven't seen in 6 months say "dude...youre ripped", which I'm not.
Back acne has kicked up some. Not horrible but it's there. Libido's high. I've hit a couple newplateaus with a couple different exercises.
I've got some Var on had and contemplating adding that for the last 4 weeks at 40-50mgs/day
Weight is still at 234-235, but looking leaner. So fats down some and muscles up some.
I'd like to post pics, but I'm covered in very easy to recognise tats.
 
If you're aiming for a deficit then it looks pretty good my man. Do you know how deep of a deficit you're in? Maybe more protein though... That is important for preserving muscle.

I use my fitness pal. About 500. I've developed what might be a semi bad habit the past few weeks. For lunch I've been grabbing a rotisserie chicken, not eating the skin, but pretty much eating the breast thighs and legs. Those days might be a slight surplus. Not sure how bad that is, but is tastes yummy and is 250gm+ of protien ;)

I love doing the rotisserie thing too... That just got added to my weekend shopping list lol. It's good to throw that into the mix even if it's creating a little bit of surplus.

I can get sick of eating chicken but as soon as I get a rotisserie chicken I'm fine lol. It's the dark meat that helps with that I think.

Update....

Still no bloods yet, God I suck :(
Added some Var, pharmacom at 50mg. Today is day 9. Noticed on day 6 had some pretty tight forearm pump and day 7 back pumps doing dead lifts.

I still feel fantastic, like don't want to come off fantastic. Only sides is/are some back acne. Its not horrible, but its not minor either. Trying to work that out with OTC stuff.

Strength is up again on a few exercises. Hit 220 for 8 reps on a seated machine fly. 2 months ago my max was 195 for 2-3 reps and form would fall off. Fitting a golfer/tennis elbow on my left arm that's limiting a little.

Diets good. Craving some shitty carbs at night. I'm at 237 this am, which might be the shitty carbs but also could be some dem dar MUSCLES!

Bloods drawn today. About 48 hours after a 1ml pin.

Switched up my workout schedule today. I'd been doing one body part each day of the week. Tri/bi, shoulders/back, chest, legs. Mixed it up, upper body, then legs and abs, an hour of cardio, then upper...rinse repeat.

Anyway felt good today. Strong at the end. Hoping the bloods come back good.

Estro is high. .25e3d of adex is too low. Will adjust.
