I wish I had a better understanding of the GH lingo. Like what is a "cart"? How do the pens work? Which of these products come in simple vials?

Hi. A pen is simply a device that holds a cartridge. You then can buy "pen needles" which attach to the pen tip. The pen has a turning knob that allows you to choose how many mL/iUs you wish to dispense. Once you turn it to the amount you want, you simply inject and push down the plunger all the way, and it will inject the amount of mL/iUs on the knob.
A cart or cartridge is a refill for the pen. But you don't need pen to dispense it, you can simply stick in a slin pen and withdraw however much you want.
We have denoted what medications come in pens/carts/vials. Serostim comes in vials. But that is not really an issue as pens/carts/vials can all be treated as a vial. You simply withdraw with a slin pin how you want to inject.
If you need help visualizing there are many videos and tutorials on the HGH website (Serostim, Genotropin, Saizen, etc).

I searched the internet for the two vendors mentioned earlier and I was led to this board. I discovered that Platinum Direct (PD) was a member on this board, so I registered for an account so I could message him and ask for his contact info.
Immediately after I registered on this board, I contacted PD to request his info so I could inquire about an order (this was days before my first post in this thread about my experience with Pharmacy Direct). PD's account info shows him logging in pretty much daily and he frequents this board enough to have responded to my request extremely fast.
PD can attest to all of this. Not sure why you would want to discourage someone like that when all they are doing is looking for information that can clearly be found on this board. Thank you for the feedback though.

Funny, I just googled "platnium direct email" and the first relevant result, 3rd overall result is from this board. If I google "the provider grey top email" the first 2 results are here. So not really illogical to come here looking. Just saying.

Looks good to me, exactly what I received as well. Same lot # and exp date. Is the lyophilized powder sitting as a solid cylinder in the top chamber and not moving around as a loose powder? There are some good videos on youtube on how to reconstitute these without the pen if you don't have one.

The cartridge consists of two chambers... One with the HGH powder, and another with the specialized "diluent", which are separated by a stopper.
I have heard it argued that you only want to use the liquid that comes inside the cartridges, and that BA water may have denaturing effects on genotropin HGH because of how highly purified and unstable it is.
I have also heard it argued that BA water works just fine to reconstitute geno carts, or that there is no problem with adding an extra 2.6ml of BA water to the 1ml of duluent that it comes with (gives 3.6ml for 36iu instead of 1.0ml for 36iu) in order to make dosing easier.
Not sure I would risk it without doing a lot more research and being absolutely confident that it would not harm or degrade the HGH at all.

i did not have a pen. Only the cartridge.
i mixed mine with the liquid that came with it. Was very easy to mix.
