This happened to the last 3 of my vials while taking the cap off. I can show pics of all three if need be.

i am taking caps off like i do normally and never have this problem with other brands or even other vials of PQR except for these last 3.

How to fix this issue. Picture may be hard to tell but it is hard to put alcohol swap on stopper when it is like this

I’ve used a butter knife or a fork lol to pull the rest off they break off pretty easily.

Package arrived but there are 6 item missing (2 TESTE300 + 4 SUSTANON 250), what now? I have to wait another month for the item that i've paid before?

I am hearing customer service sucks, waiting times are long, and prices are high when not on promo. So what makes you buy from here? Is it the one of the top suppliers for quality?

I have some vials from here that I haven't pinned yet so cant say. I am legitimately curious.
