Hey gents, so a little about me. I'm 42 years old and on TRT. My T level was 363. so doc got me on TRT.
I have Test Cypionate from a local pharmaceutical company that I have a prescription for that's not as potent (210mg per 1 ML).
I inject .14ML every day in either SUBQ (31 gauge) or Into my muscle using a 1-1.5 inch needle. That's basically 1ML per week. My hormone levels have been fantastic for the past 4 months using my local TEST, AND I FEEL the test working. I felt the test working since day one. Whether it's feeling confident, aggressive, and stronger, etc. I can feel it at a very low dose.
I ordered 20ml of the Alpha Pharma Test Cypionate (250mg per 1 ML) from this source. I received everything as promised. This source has been great actually.
Since I switched over to the Alpha Pharma version, I'm getting no positive results. I even injected up to 2ML in one week! Plus, at the injection sites, I'm getting these bulges, not scar tissue, but I feel these bulges that are lingering for several days. Also, my hormone levels (test) feels like it's come down big time, I feel very tired. I've been on this Alpha Test for three weeks now.
I tried to check the authenticity of the product here (Check Alpha ::: Product Authentication :::) but do not have a serial number since they were shipped to me unpackaged.
I also inject 500iu of HCG every week, plus I take one Anastrozle (1 mg tab) twice per week.
I'm posting this here so if anyone else had a similar experience using this product or another product from this source, it's important we share our experience.

Could this source be planning an exit scam and just stroking us saying they are sick? OF COURSE THEY CAN!
However, it is wrong to call a source "mia" who has had near perfect service, maintained communication through this relatively short lapse, has provided members here with honesty and valuable information in addition to good products so far. These are facts and not my opinions stated.
For the time being, let's just keep a close eye on things and be sure to keep the community updated on any packs being delivered and/or delayed during this time until he gets back to speed.

Yeah definitely. But there's absolutely no question that once I switched over to this testosterone I've had these problems. I've also tried switching back to the other testosterone from my prescription, and within 24 hours of taking that small dosage I immediately
feel the improvements.
So I guess my question is this, is testosterone cypionate all the same? Meaning regardless of who the manufacturer is, testosterone is testosterone, correct?
Would there be any reason for this Alpha Pharma testosterone to have to build up in my system again?
My gut feeling is the answer is no. And after three weeks of consistent administration I should definitely feel the positive benefits but I'm not. And again if I switch over to the lower potent testosterone cypionate from my prescription, within 24 hours I begin to feel the benefits of testosterone supplementation.
I don't think the blood work is going to have any significant impact on the real question at hand and that is whether not this is legitimate testosterone from this company. And unfortunately since I don't have the retail packaging I can't confirm this through the manufacturer.
And if there's anyone else with a similar problem please step up and report your results so that the supplier can take immediate action.

What do you mean bloodwork won't show it. Of coarse it will. It is irrefutable evidence. Based off dosage x it will give y testosterone level. It's a numbers game, not an issue don't feel it game. Numbers don't lie.

If you are noticing differences within 24hours from a LONG ESTERED test, then the issue is probably not the test.
Maybe you are allergic to the different oil or solvents used? Try a different brand.

This is sound advice, no reason OP should feel the difference in cyp the day after pinning it a simple you mentioned. In addition OP bloodwork would definitely tell you if the test is good, you should have your blood levels on your TRT and then you should've got bloods on the AP and compared TT numbers on the same dose.

The testosterone cypionate peaks within 24 hours of it administration and I thought that without anyone ever telling me by the way. And when I reported that to my doctor he said that was normal because it peaks within 24 hours. but you made a very good observation there regarding being allergic to the solvent or the oil, that could very well be the case if that's pretty common.
But I do think blood work is important and yes the numbers don't lie, but you can't discount the physical symptoms as well and by that I mean the decline in my energy levels, and having this overall cloudy feeling, which is very consistent with what I felt when my hormone levels would drop after having a weekly administration of the testosterone cypionate. Once I switch to every other day or even better every day... my hormone levels have been amazing and my Energy level is fantastic on every day administration at 0.14ml.
And I have been injecting the Alpha Pharma testosterone every single day for the past three weeks. And experimented with switching back to my prescription testosterone to see if there would be any contrast there and certainly there has been significant contrast And how both of these different testosterone cypionate's have benefited me
