I started out my first week breaking everything into quarters 2.5 upon waking at 5a, and every four hours so 9a, 1p, 5p. I used Benadryl at night for sleep. Then bumped it up to 5 mg 4 times daily for the next 3 weeks.
Definitely shed some fat, I should have capitalized a little more and thrown some more cardio in but I was pleased all in all. Will be running the same set up on the tail of this cycle. I will keep you updated.
I know the results are more dramatic from clean but I have sleep trouble on cycle as it is, I don't need something with that kind of longevity keeping me awake all night.
