-Sent 30 emails
-Flips when he didn't get a response to his 31st email within 2 days
-Threatens to never do business with PS again and gets pissy
-Realizes in the end it's his fault and PS did answer him promptly
Oh yeah, and PS knew his email just from his user ID (not random) which led me to believe it probably correlates. Then, the same ID gives me hits on FB, Twitter and YouTube with a simple GoogleGood Lord, surely said person is not that dumb.

If I can write some explanation of this order 
- day 1 - payment send from customer
- day 2 - payment received ( thats normal, sometime need a time to receive in wallet )
- day 3 - order send to shipper for packing and shipped, customer received track
So from customers payment to receive a track - 3 days.

Second, our customers are white,black, yellow ....americans, europeans, guys from Asia ( rare ) , they have arabian names, jewish names etc.
