I Get Ridiculous debilitating back pumps from just test.. and from what I've researched possible remedies are... Taurine, magnesium, potassium, calcium... I started them all today... Oh and hydration and electrolytes.... If i don' get no relief I might as well just come off. What's the sense of being swole if you can't stand for 10 minutes...the last two years I thought it was sciatic related but only happens on cycle. Not even prednisone helped.

You are taking the right steps. Magnesium is more than likely your main issues along with potassium. Many just simply do not understand the importance of these two minerals.

I would however suggest getting a vitamin and mineral test done. If you do this, tell the doc you want the actual report. If you don’t they will just say “ looked ok” that’s because you might be on the very low normal but not optimal level especially while taking steroids.

I also if not mistaken saw you enjoy some beers, I would highly suggest cutting alcohol out as this depletes many things in your body very rapidly.

If you don’t have these symptoms while not on steroids, then your body is probably just functioning, and I might assume you don’t workout as hard if you aren’t on cycle either, therefore there is less demand for these minerals and other micro nutrients than while on cycle and this is why you start to get symptoms such as back pumps etc.

I would also assume since you are experiencing these symptoms blood pressure might be an issue as well. I would suggest taking 4-8 grams of beet root powder ( in pill form) per day as well. This will reduce those symptoms.

What are you noticing with the EQ? Lean gains, strength, appetite, mass, leaning out easier?

Just wondering what a real world perspective is on this compound.

I noticed a nice strength increase, especially on longer sessions, and it helped me out keeping myself lean with a light mass increase. For the appetite side I can’t speak, I’m freaking hungry every single compound I take, embarrassing.
 
Our line contains 5mg Salbutamol like real salbutamol, its around 6,25mg Salbutamol HCL.
Pharm grade salbutamol is usually 4mg of salbutamol HCL - 3.2mg of salbutamol.
For example Enurace 50mg Ephedrine HCL is in real 40mg clean ephedrine. All drugs cointains HCL are in real less x 0,8 = clean active ingredient.
Another example, pharm grade Phentermine have bigger ratio , its 75mg phentermine resinas = 15mg clean Phentermine.

Roger speaks the truth! I had a Pro turn me onto magnesium about 4 years back, with a slew of info backing up its benefits. I’m a firm believer. Wasn’t being sarcastic either, when I said so few people supplement it. I take the Chelated multiple times a day.

Update on the astralean
So I had my girlfriend try it, normally 20mcg clen makes her extremely shaky. She tried a half tab in the morning (20mcg) and felt nothing, later she tried a whole tab (40mcg) and got slightly shaky but no where near what she's used to.

Obviously anecdotal and without actual lab testing I can't know for sure what's up. Maybe just a bad batch?

Have you ever tried topical magnesium? It’s much more effective and more absorbable[emoji106][emoji51][emoji106]
 
I’ve found eq very user friendly, no pip at all even with terrible injcetion technique, I can push harder and my endurance was just insane with only 500mg a week, I’m planning on trying the 600-700 range this winter.
Still can’t answer about primo :(

I’ve only ran it 10 wks, but I did a ton of research because I loved it so much and I have to say: I’ve been dumb, the ideal time is 12-14 wks IMO, ignore who says “you notice the difference after the eighth week” LOL! I noticed the difference around third or fourth week in terms of strength.
Regards the test/eq ratio take my words for what they are, anecdotes by a far less experienced user than almost 99% of this community: after this preamble I say: I had no issues with 300mg of test prop and 500mg of EQ, but I can’t find literature that confirms the solidity of this ratio at the moment, I’m gonna do some serious searches for my cycle (I’m planning a 600mg EQ and 4/500mg test cyp), I’ll keep you posted!
I can say with certainty that proviron is strongly advised cause EQ is like tossing a dice when it comes to libido. I donated blood (here you can ask to donate only red blood cells) two times (spaced by three weeks) and my blood pull after the cycle was pretty good, except for the liver stress, but this is the most common side of any cycle no matter what.
My buddy was using bold cyp and had to drop it because of pip, I tried it (it was g2g, of that I’m sure) and I was crippled by the pip, they all say it’s terrible, I used the PRL undec. and I could’ve injected it under my nails too and I wouldn’t still get pip at all. (Maybe I messed up with verbs, french fucks my brain, sorry)
 
P.S: is it possible to get BAD ankles pumps while on 100 eod tren a / 50win / 50var? I was thinking of stabbing my legs to stop them lol. First time in my life, hope it’s the last.
