Look solid. I'm just getting back into it again. Surgeries on my neck and spine and repairing nerves put me out for a long time. I'm down 30 and need another 30 to go. 6 weeks back at it. I’m not on yet. I was starting next week. Will be my second run. Not sure what my exact stats are but I’m 5’6 180lb , I only do glute injections because I fear I may fuck up pinning anywhere else. First cycle went smooth. First pin had me walking with a limp but I assume it was from pinning a virgin Muscle because after that I felt nothing at all.Stats?

Yeah, I’d hate to waste gear to a bad diet. Just got into meal prepping to make things easier this time. Gonna start basic with chicken/beef, brown rice/sweet potato and green veggies. Only hit glutes for about a year and a half. Find you a nurse to help you hit delts if you can’t hit em yourself. Just did my first a couple days ago and I prefer delt over glute now.I’m not on yet. SameOnly hit glutes for about a year and a half. Find you a nurse to help you hit delts if you can’t hit em yourself. Just did my first a couple days ago and I prefer delt over glute now.
