Quite the opposite, we held him accountable for all his packaging errors or missing products. He argued, kicked and screamed but eventually changed his shipper, which helped a little. A few people were complaining about buying ready use pens without the replacement needles. We suggested he carry the replacements if he sells the pen. He cried like the baby he is and eventually began carrying them. @rpbb made the suggestion of batch numbers to be able to identify what was tested. He again threw a hissy fit but just finally made the change.

In short all you little ass kissers who are happy to suckup to the source and think they are friends should be happy people have the balls to speak up around here. The customers are better off for it.
