I have known of ugl's that have not filtered their gear properly. If it has been filtered correctly then there is no need.
No doubt they exist BUT that's not the case for the overwhelming majority based on the evidence cited by Anabolic Labs, which I believe IS CREDIBLE in part bc thats what I found also.
I believe any legitimate lab knows, or darn sure should know, the best means of throwing a wrench in their business is to have mates reporting an unusual rate of infectious complications.
So sure if experienced mates feel more comfortable filtering their gear again, a-ok.
However for others to suggest all comers but especially some noob who hasn't even learned to pin his/her ass correctly, should also be filtering I think not, and suspect such a practice could increase THEIR rate of infections.
Primarily bc there's A LOT of room for cross contamination in any filtering process and it to requires a certain degree of expertise, patience, and due diligence.
That being said I would be highly cautious about the quality, or in this case the sterility, of ANY Meso UGL newcomer bc most are here today and gone tomorrow!
