Broooo's there is serious nothing in this life you can eat/inject or consume in other ways to prevent the fucking Pumps /cramps and or spasm. I tried gallons of water, taurine in grams and grams, potassium from bananas/sports mixes/ electrolytes. Imagine an hour or two after leg day you're in a restauraunt and your legs start cramping when you get up to leave and everyone's looking at your like wtf is this guy having a heart attack or some shit?
Happens with chest, arms are the worse, my Abs are 1000 times worse with the pump I feel like the alien is gonna shoot out of my stomach and fucking wave Goodbye as it begins its life lol
