No, the gear was crashed. The thing is it was replaced idk, 3 or 4 times with product that everyone else was great with. But this one individual had a big problem every time. Got way more than he paid for, but it was never good to him, yet the same batch is great for all the other customers. Not saying anyone is lying. Just saying that is what happened.

We all know gear can crash but from what he stated above it seems there were some serious Qc issues. I'm not here to judge but man to be honest there are some serious red flags being thrown up. Your rep and I spoke via pm and he gave me the impression that there has not been any recent blood work on the test but a while back it came out 7 of 10. But later on the open board he is saying there was recent bloods. I may got this wrong but he can clarify

I have no idea what you are referring to 7-10? Anyway, no recent bloods. I have asked for them and no avail. So I know did some nice give offers for guys to run some diff products and do bloods to then be credited for the cost of the test. So its going to be a little before I get anything. I'm waiting just like you. And everyone.

We had one person do blood work some time ago. What I said about recent bloods is that we have our product in several people's hands presently that have told us they will be doing blood work, so there should be up to date bloods from that in the near future.
And of course we want some here as well.

Not really it was two customers one who was I ternational and the other well I'm sure u have read it. Anyway it was during the severe weather times and idk maybe the exposure to prolong freezing temps crashed it and it wouldn't come back properly. I replaced it a couple times only to have them say ty looks good. And then 3 months later all this stuff is being said. So idk what to make of it. But two guys doesn't define me or my quality
