Physique board shorts question

So coming up close on my show and had a question do you guys wear compression shorts under board shorts or just free ball it? Thanks

You could if you feel uncomfortable going commando but be very careful as you don't want to be able to see the waistband from the compression shorts on stage. For the little amount it costs, I would get your board shorts tailored to your waist come show time that you know everything will stay in place. Make sure the compression shorts are low enough so you wont be able to see them. Good luck in your competition brother!

Just can kinda see my package in the shorts pretty well haha so wasn't sure what my best option was
