I pinned on Tuesday .3 cc of their test 500 in my delt and as of right now my delt and tricep are very swollen and very sore
Hurts to even move
Everything was sterile

Is this possibly due to the high concentration?

I have used pharmacom test 500 and their eq 500 I had no pip with either one .

It happens sometimes. I can pin 20 times in a row with low to no pip. Then that one time my shit hurts for a few days. May have hit a nerve or something. Don't sweat it just yet unless it swollen or red and warm to the touch.

You can lesson the pip by cutting it with GSO (grapeseed oil). If you dilute half and half in the barrel, you'll have test 250 instead of 500. You can buy GSO (or cottonseed oil) in 50ml vials on eBay for cheap. Many other places offer it too. Good luck bro!

Dont you wish you would have just got Test-250/300 to begin with ? I dont know how many times Ive talked someone out of 400 or 500mg/ml test . They usually still buy it and end up hating it like this . Next time buy 250 or 300 test-e and just double-dose if you just got to have 500mg at one time . ~Ogh

I wonder if the high concentration stuff is more critical where you inject it. I have zero problems in the glute or quad. Never done delts.

I injected as normal
It felt pretty normal
Pinch when going in, injection was smooth
I always warm up vials and I always pin in delts

The soreness is definitely much much less than what it was last night
Pain is going down but at the same time I just noticed redness and warm to the touch
My opposite delt is also warm to the touch so maybe it's the clothes I'm wearing idk lol
Also the redness warmth and swelling is much lower than the spot where I pinned

I've had the same issues brother. I warmed it and I went all the way down to the same volume as you... Same result. I have not tried diluting with Grapeseed oil as mentioned above and numerous other times by senior members here. That might be the trick.

I just put mine up and ordered the 250...

My advice would be to never go higher than 300.... It's just not worth it.

Test 500 is brutal, definitely agree with cutting with grape seed oil and warming the oil. I used this and still had some pip.

Best bet is to avoid high concentration gear

Is there any place I can purchase oil that's already sterilized ?
I've never had to cut my gear before
I'm assuming sterile oil is legal and I can ask for it without getting fucked lol

If it were and intramuscular infection I would feel sick and have excruciating pain
I have aches but it's hard to say because everyone in my house has been sick including my woman

I have no fever
Though area is red and warm to the touch
I think I'll wait until Monday or Tuesday and see how it is from there
