Afternoon,
this year I want to try a bulking-cutting cycle, but being honest my goals are aesthetics, anyway, if anyone has suggestion to add to remove something that will be very welcome
Stats:
Age 38
Height: 6'1 1,86Kg
Current weight: 242lb 110Kg
BF: around 23%
That's my 5th cycle, this year I plan to run a long cycle (at least long for me)
26 weeks:
Cycle:
Oxandrolone (manipulated not var) 20mg ED weeks 1 to 8 40mg ED weeks 9 to 17 60mg ED weeks 18 to 26
Sust 500mg per week weeks 7 to 16
NPP 200mg EOW weeks 7 to 15
T400 800mg per week weeks 17 to 26
tren (TBD) weeks 17-26
Then pct:
50mg clomid for 30days
20mg nolva for 45days
In a nut shell I would be 3 months on Sust, NPP and VAR and 3 months on T400, tren and Var to cut
I have ran Oxandrolone in low dosage for a long time before and worked great for me, sex drive drops a bit but it's acceptable, a little bit is OK.
I just didn't want to stay more than 20 weeks on test, not sure if it's a wrong concern, 20mg of var was fine for me in the past for about 4 months straight.
