Planning my First Cycle

hopefully I posted this in the right spot, planning to do my first cycle,

To sum things up.
- Now age 25
- 5.7, 160lbs
- current body fat is 13%
- Been lifting from past 2 years
- avoid junk food most of the time(clean eating habits)
- workout - 6 days a week (4 weight training & 2 cardio sessions)

I'm rookie, so I could use some experienced critique/suggestions,
I am from india, so this is what i got on my hand right now.

Cycle Plan :-
Test Enthathe - 250mg Each Week (1-12 Weeks) (Testoviron Depot by German remedies)
Danabol Ds - 20 mg Each Day (March pharmaceuticals co.,LTD. )
arimedix - i have Egsure by SureMed - anastrazole IP 1mg , i am confused how to take this.

PCT :-
4 Weeks PCT (Starting 2 weeks after last injection).
Clomid 100/75/50/50 (Fertomid- 50 by cipla , clomifene citrate - 50mg each tab)
Nolva 40/40/20/20 (Caditam 20 by cadila pharmaceuticals LTD. Tamoxifen citrate 20 mg each tab)

Does this seem right for my first cycle? please let me know if i need to add or change anything.
 
Gotta avoid junk food ALL of the time...

Adex or anastrazole are used on cycle to keep estrogen in check...I prefer anastrazole @ 12.5 mg E3D

Since this is your 1st cycle you're not going to know how you react so watch your bloat closely.

I also recommend some kind of liver protection if you're running an oral.

Im going to be honest...

don't do your cycle... till you learn to eat and train properly.

at 160lbs... you can add more LBM to your frame without PED's.

if you add them now... you will never learn the proper science behind eating and training properly.

all you will do is learn to rely on PED's. as soon as you stop your cycle... you will lose the gains. This is more often the truth that most don't want to believe.

theres my due diligence for the day...

now... you will probably do your cycle anyway... so...

just run a test E cycle at 250-350mg. around 10-12 weeks.
Keep your diet clean...train hard... and eat good proteins.
Make sure and don't stop the cardio... that way you can see the LBM changes.

more than likely you won't need AI's to control bloat as that is a mild test dose. However, have it on hand in case it becomes an issue.

learn what that test dose feels like before adding orals. save that for another cycle.

make sure and have a solid PCT on hand and follow it!

Nailed it.... You still have a lot of growing to do naturally. If you don't listen to beezils advice about holding off on the cycle at least listen to his cycle advice.

so what should be best cycle if i plan to do it af6e after reducing some more body fat and put up some more LBM = (Lean body Mass if i am not wrong)
yes i am have cleaned up my eating habits a lot from last 3 months, and i can see the progress too. and protien intake is good enough(i know it can be better)

how should be my first cycle?

something like this??

week 1 to 12 - Testosteron Ethanate 250mg per week
what about anastrazol which i mentioned?

and what about PCT which i mentioned ? is it fine?

once again thanks beezil for your honest opinion which i will surely follow.

yes. your pct looks ok. However, i don't like the higher end doses of clomid. i start at 75...

i would research HCG and how to implement it as well...

yea i have researched on HCG before posting about the cycle, but finding it hard to get it here in india. still i am trying it.
if i do get HCG, how should it go with the cycle? weekly on same day with the test-e ?
and how much IU?

running such low dose of test, will i need HCG?

Dude, you're 160lbs.. What do you mean you cleaned up your diet?! YOU NEED TO EAT!! It's the only way to grow..

Lay out your daily diet and I'm sure you'll get a ton of suggestions.

your HPTA is still shut down.

just taper your clomid as you have laid out... the first week is the loading...at the higher dose. continue the taper to 25mg.

based on your comments... you have a lot to learn before starting a cycle of any kind.

in addition, a clean diet is part of it... as JB states. you need the proper Kcals and protein to build LBM.

PED's just keep your body in an anabolic state to be able to use what you intake for your intended purpose.

Please don't make the mistake....that PED's will add LBM.
Proper nutrition will do that....

layout your Diet and training program.

this is the foundation of your cycle. let the Powers That Be...here at Meso critique that for you. Then contemplate AAS use later.
 
I am not going to try to talk you out of your cycle ,mine was 400mg test-e for 10 weeks .I will tell you to eat not just eat fucking eat!!!!
I started i weighed 150 @5ft 7in tall and without using aas for 2 years i went up to 180 some ,i know it doesn't sound great but when i did do my cycle i kept eating and i gained 25 more pounds to 200 some .
I don't take as much as i used to but i still eat eat a freaking religion,got it(lol)
Current stats at 44 is 240 something ,no i may not be a pro but i am happy .
Go look at some of the diets for mass gains and to supplement with protein powders(no they are not a must but for me it was) Hell i used to even put a high calorie protein drink beside me every night and when i heard the alarm@3am 3 hours before i even had to get up i slugged it down and went back to sleep .

Oh yeah sleep all you can and even put your feet up and relax if you can,that was easy i am naturally a lazy[:o)]

Eating is number 1 recuperation is right on #1 heels and then training .
AAS is high up there but i know 180 pounders 6ft tall taking so much Anadrol their noses bleed every time they work out and then get liquored up and what is funny they stop working out after they get off their cycles.

Sorry i went off north here but take other things into consideration and then get cycle check advice.

The amount of Test is good, don't change it. I wouldn't do Dbol, or any other compound except test, for your first cycle.

You may not need armidex with this cycle but if you want you can use .25mg EOD. That is 1/4 of a tab Every Other Day. It is good to have the Dex and extra Nolva on hand in case you start to bloat.

Keep the PCT simple and light for this simple cycle you have. I don't know why people want to use so much Clomid. I would consider just using Nolva for PCT but if you want to use both do this:
Clomid: 50/25/25/0
Nolva: 40/30/20/10

What are you goals for his cycle? If to get big and strong then train and eat big.

I am one of those that agree with GR on the test amount. I believe in starting low and then upping dosages in future cycles. Some may not approach it this way. But if your diet is on point you will be pleased. GR is giving great advice.
