Planning my January bulk cycle, all help welcome

13-14% currently on cutting cycle should be 9-10% in another 10 weeks

Next run is for bulking, planning on
Test E - 350 2X weekly 16 weeks
Deca- 300 2X weekly 16 weeks
Dbol/superdrol- debating on which oral to take as I'm not a fan of fake water weight and the buffalo look, looking for pointers here
TestP- 150 EOD Weeks 16-18
Insulin- never ran it before, seems relatively safe if ran correctly. Looking for any advice here (humalog)

After my current cutting cycle I will be bumping calories up to 3100 at 40/40/20 last 2 weeks of cycle and throughout PCT

When I start this bulking cycle I plan to bump up calories to 4000 first 4 weeks, then up to 4500 for 2 weeks, then 5k the remainder of cycle (not trying to get fat as Fawk)

340g P/340g C/ 145gF (at 4K)
400gP/440gC/145gF (at 5k)

Have a ton of time to plan for this so I'm hoping from the advice I get the actual plan will look much different/more efficient to those who've been around and know more then myself.

As for the insulin, at the moment I'm planning on running 3-4IU pre workout 3-4IU post workout

Plan on mixing my preworkout with Gatorade (25g carbs) downing it right after shot, while sipping on a protein shake with 75g protein 40g carbs during the workout. Then as soon as weights are done b4 cardio shooting the other 3-4iu and immediately drink my creatine (1 teaspoon monohydrate with a scoop of Walmart brand creatine, only because it's really cheap and has 30g sugar/carbs) then during my walk sipping on a whey shake mixed with 2% for some carbs/sugars.

Right when I get home smashing 7oz lean ground beef with 1.5 cups of rice and corn with tortilla chips

2 hours later 7oz chicken 1.5 cup of rice, mushrooms

Now if my last insulin shot (humalog) is at midnight, would it be safe to go bed at 4am given my carb intake?

How's the dosing look on gear and insulin

Would it beneficial to run IGF lr3 1month on 1 month off during this cycle, or is it useless without GH?

I was reading in a separate thread the other day that you should really run Deca for 20 weeks, I have the funds to run my cycle that long, but is it worry it?

Any tips over the next few months are more then welcome
 
In my cycle past I found it benifical to run deca atleast 16-18weeks and the test atleast 2 weeks longer then the deca . I like to keep my deca 1/2 the dose of my test ex.(1000mgs test 500mgs deca) and less and the after affects of low Libido tend to last a few weeks longer . As well as caber dosed @.5 twice per week .
Af far as the orals I agree the fake water weight can be dissapointing after the fact , maybe superdrol or tbol would be a better option for you .
The caloric surplus looks legit ! Should gain some solid muscle with that plan . Good luck to Ya !
 
It's my first run with Deca and I've heard from more then a few that half or a little more is a good start

So I'll be running the deca at 400, great advice. Still looking a lot more responses here
