Pleaaassse Help!!!!!!

I am currently on 400mg EQ WQ, Winny 50mg eod / 250mg sust per week. I do not want to get too bloated so that is why the test is so low. My plan is to lean out. I am not fat, I am 6'1 220lbs and can see all of my abs. But I want to get more vascular. I am almost positive that my diet is the problem. Can someone write out a simple daily meal plan for me. I want to put on some quality size only, and get more ripped. I train HIT so I am getting some cardio in there. I am acutally looking for a list of meals and when to eat them for a guy my size.

What your asking for is very hard to do especially with the weak cycle you have listed above for muscle gain. Strong gains are never really made while using stanozolol (winny) or EQ there weak androgens. If you have done cycles in the past I would suggest you switch to Tren. I turned into a bag of snakes on this stuff, more vascular than I even wanted. I was so vascular my ol lady didn't like it at all, she said it was ugly.
