Hello! I have been taking care of my health and fitness for a few years now,. Basically since covid lol. Played sports *baseball and wrestling* as a kid. I have recently got on trt. For legit reasons, had a test of 213, 211, 189. So yeah. After being on it for awhile I wanted to learn more and more.

My search lead me to reddit, a horrible place. I recently learned of another forum, which I liked the people, but after reading here and learning how sources are pay to play etc I have lost interest in that forum. I don't wanna out them on blast but not gonna lie I am nervous about a few things after reading what I have here lol.

I really like the harm reduction that I have seen. To me, it's more important to be safe and healthy than big. I would much prefer to be "safe than sorry". So I am really hoping tl become more knowledgeable about everything fitness, trt and gear related. What goes into it, how the science more directly affects your body, better training techniques, better protocols and programs, tweaks to diet, additional supplement values, etc.

I have a long way to go, and hope to have a solid group I can rely on and materials I can research and learn from.

Edit -

Also, I was reading through underground before I was approved. I read a comment saying people who come herenare in for a "culture shock". That was a true statement. There is a plethora of valuable information here. Great topics. Uncensored feedback on sources. Lots of vets with a wealth of knowledge. It seems to be a really great place. Especially for those willing to put in the time. I am excited to learn and meet everyone.

Again pleasure to be here. Thank you for your time.

Also thought I should put this in.

I am currently on 150mg text c / week 2 shots a week.

I am .25 semaglutide only been 3 days since 1st injection.

I am also ordered cjc1295 but this was a week ago from someone after reading here, i probably shouldn't have ordered a vial of test and cjc from lol. So who knows if get it.

Not sure if the cjc is necessary with the semaglutide though. Really have alot to learn. I cant wait to really deep dive into stuff here. Thanks for making a great place.

P.s. I hope there wasn't an actual introduction format lol.
