You're unwilling to consider ideas with which to disagree and your hostility to the views of others are characteristic of Marxism, but are also common among many other political/social movements.
Biden didn't make it mandatory to get a shot. Plenty of people didn't get shots. Florida made it illegal for companies to require folks get vaccinated. That type of restriction on what private employer can require is the type of thing that Marxists approve of.
As to DEI, Biden wasn't as friendly to DEI as many progressives were. However, I'm not going to defend DEI, because I disagree with the philosophy.

I'd agree with you, in part, about transgender issues. Biden did appoint Rachel Levin to being Assistant Director of the US Department of Health. She did exert pressure on medical organizations to produce guidelines that essentially favored transition. In contrast, in much of Europe, scientists have become much more skeptical about the wisdom of transitions. To the best of my understanding, there is very little good scientific information on this issue at the present time.
As to undocumented aliens being a drain on taxpayers, it's simply not true. They work. They pay Social Security, often with another person's Social Security card. But the system gets funded and they don't Social Security in return. Undocumented aliens receive few public services. You seem to be unaware that undocumented aliens working in the US do pay taxes. Mexican immigrants, whether illegal or legal, are less likely to be unemployed than White Americans. I had some major disagreements with Biden on immigration, particularly with the idea that folks with weak claims of asylum could stay in the country for years. However, I do believe that America is a nation of immigrants and generally does better with immigrants. Immigrants take jobs. Immigrants also create jobs.
