Pork on cycle?

I've searched multiple forums and can't seem to get a straight answer on this.

Is pork a huge no-no on cycle? Specifically a test only cycle? I don't mean eating pork all day every day. I'm talking like a couple strips of bacon here and there. Nothing extreme.

I just know that pork is supposedly bad for you, especially with cholesterol. But IDK if this is just another rumor or what.

I figured I probably was. But better to overthink and be corrected than to under think and end up flopping.

Pork always has a place on my plate.

I leaned how to cook those 2” thick cut chops. Get a pan that can also go in the oven, preheat oven to 350, start the pan on the oven over med-med/high heat (it’s actually perfect at level 6 of 10 on my stove), throw a full tablespoon of butter in that pan, sear the chop on both sides for 2-3min per side and then throw the pan in the oven for 15-18 minutes.

That bad boy will come out juicy as hell!!! Never, and I mean NEVER, has it come out dry.
