If there are any women out there who have good advice about cycle use please let me know how a legit beginner cycle would look including any post and pre cycle therapy.please and thank you. As a member I understand first advice may be don't use peds but the decision has already been made and am looking for sound advice on what to use on and off cycle as well as what to expect for women running anavar.

No PCT necessary. Keep the dosage down and do not run it for too long. By the time you notice virilizing effects, e.g., deepening voice, it is too late. You do not get your old feminine voice back.

Assuming you are training hard and dieting like a pro, and have maxed out your natty potential (is this all true?), then 5-10 mg for 10 weeks or so will make a noticeable difference as compared to continuing naturally, without a huge risk of virilization, assuming you trust that your anavar is really anavar, or have had it tested to confirm it is what your source claims it is.

I would recommend an even shorter course - 6-8 weeks depending on your goals for your first round. 5mg split am/pm for the first 2 weeks, and then if you are comfortable with the sides or lack of, 10mg split am/pm for the duration. Some people taper at the end, I didn’t and didn’t notice any ill effects.

I echo what @malfeasance said. Be careful with ramping up and discontinue at the first signs of any odd things happening with your voice. Once you wreck your vocal cords; there’s no coming back. Make sure your diet and training are on point and enjoy yourself.

Also before you ingest anything, make damn sure it’s Anavar. At minimum a roidstest, but sending in for actual HPLC testing with @janoshik would be best. I’ve seen some labs overdosing Anavar lately and although most guys will appreciate it, it can be really dangerous for us women. Baseline bloodwork before you start should be done to make sure you are good to go from a labs standpoint. Life Extension has a couple panels that I think provide a lot of useful info - the basic weight loss panel ($130) and the comprehensive weight loss panel ($275). I found a coupon code that saved some money. The comprehensive is really good for base line and the basic is what I will be using for mid cycle bloods, but any sort of testing to get your CBC, CMP, lipids and female hormones will be good to have.

Last piece - Listen to your body. If aches and pains start flaring up; it’s time to end the cycle. Good luck and be safe.

Thank you too for the awesome information and advice. Means alot when a beginner can come to this forum and get the information they need you guys kick ass!:)
