Is the natural level likely to go up with weight lostMy first IGF-1 ever tested was at ~25 and was 250 or so. You’re in the 25th percentile based on a quick search. So not awful, but definitely on the low end.
IGF-1 is a wildly fickle thing. Low carb can hurt it, protein consumption can increase it. Anything that hurts your level lowers it. Poor metabolic health can hurt it. Lowering body fat can help it, losing too much weight can nuke it.Is the natural level likely to go up with weight lost
Hey, look, everybody, somebody finally had a lower natty number than me!28 male:

So since I need HGH more than you. Plz send me all your pharmaHey, look, everybody, somebody finally had a lower natty number than me!![]()
Mid 40s male
No baseline
Ran 4 months of Mod. GRF + Ipa at 0.2mg before bedtime 5 days a week. Took one month break before testing.
Results came in at 170
Will be upping to 0.3mg.
I get slight PIP from Sermorelin, more PIP from Tesamorelin and no PIP from Mod.GRF/Ipa.
That part does not matter. IGF-1 is more persistent than that. All that really matters is that you were running it for a month or so prior to testing. The blood work while running HGH was around 24 hours after pinning, not sure if that matters.
Got it. Yea I was running HGH at 2iu for about 5 months at that point. That part does not matter. IGF-1 is more persistent than that. All that really matters is that you were running it for a month or so prior to testing.
What's crazy is that at 434 I was on 2iu and on my next test on Feb 8th of this year I was on 6iu since Jan 1st and my result was lower.
Since then I've worked up to 10iu and will be doing blood work mid April so I wonder how that will show up. For 90% of my time on HGH I've been running QSC 36iu that tested around 41iu, I calculate my doses as if each vial has 40iu.
The 350 was 8 weeks into a bulk and the 434 was about a week after the bulk. The 341 was at the end of a cut.Your results on 2 IU (330 & 434) are higher than Meso averages.
The result on 6 IU (341) is lower than predicted average. On a diet or something else changed? You seem like a good IGF1 responder otherwise.
Just FYI - restricted calories very typically results in lowered IGF-1 numbers. The 350 was 8 weeks into a bulk and the 434 was about a week after the bulk. The 341 was at the end of a cut.

I shoved mine all the way down to 53 on 3 or 4 iu during prep.
