You guys are freaking funny.....Lifting weights is not a rocket science....There is not that much difference in gains from all those exercises you guys are arguing about....For some guys it works better one way, for other ones the other way....I still think that you can't be stuck on only 3 exercises.....You need to switch them up, every once in a while (muscle memory) but I am sure that lots of guys have good success with doing only 3 exercises for years.....
