I did my first cycle after I had been eating everything in the house and lifting 3 times a week until I was seeing very slow gains. When I started my cycle I weighed 200 lbs and, using bench as an example, I was lifting 225 6 times. I did a 7 1/2 week cycle of QV Test Enanthate and after that time I weighed 240 and was benching 285 7 or 8 times. Post cycle I lost down to benching 285 2 or 3 times.
