posterior chain specialization

AM, Freddy, JS......do you have any further observations/comments as to the above rep range cycling within the week? I've been utilizing a 10(sets)x3, 5x5, and 12x2(dynamic) scheme. I did some testing, and have found that my strength isn't what it was when doing the 5x5. It is pretty close however. The bigger change was to my physique.
