yo JE... just try to calm down... i understand how your pissed at some of the bros comments here, but if you just ignore them and soak up the good advice some of the bros here are giving you... youll do fine trust me. try posting your workout routine and let some of the bros critique it.... and give us a good idea of what you are eating on a day to day basis. diet is KEY to your goals when lifting, so get that dialed in and buckle down with training... before you know it, kids at school will be thinking your using roids when you actually arent. so let us know what your regimen is like and well do what we can to help.
