Chest Supported Rows
160 8x8
Lat Pull Downs
140 8x8
Leg Curls

GHR body weight
5x15 sucked
He shut me down here. They moved on to rack pulls he told me he'd work me in slowly. Two females moved on to bench after rack pulls.
First fix on my deadlift. He wanted me to stop resetting after every rep. Next cue was as I got the bar past my knees was to slow it down and instead of popping my hips through, focus on squeezing my hips through. Next cue as I'm coming up close to lockout to look up but remain with a neutral head position.
The atmosphere unreal loud music team pumping you up. When I was training by myself I couldn't imagine doing 40 total rep of deads at 80%+. It was fucking easy.
Name a bar and we have it. Calibrated weights a given.
