I wish I could recommend something for hypertrophy. This is just one side of the gym. It's not big. But two monolift three racks tree benches. All the specialty bars for lifting you'd want. Two prowlers. And Goggins himself. The gym is only open to the team at the moment. He does boot camp and beginner powerlifting classes.Nice setup - I wish my gym had that. Just three reps? I had to upload them to my YouTube account and then there's an option for auto blur I think and manual blur. But I placed the videos so they aren't available to be seen my anyone but me. Leg Press 4 set till failure with a blue heavy band hooked up to it.
Right now he is feeling me out. He noticed how tight my hips are didn't want to go any heavier than that. Just want me to sink into the hole and start getting a feeling for my depth and when to come up. Also was sought like a pause squat. Working on getting my hips to open up with banded later walks. Or monster walks.
The my working weights I posted up to is what I believe it was. Not use to kilo plates and I wasn't going to break out the calculate to convert the weight.
So 3 Red 25 kilo plates on each side. For the 10x3 with a 55 pound bar and and comp collars.
Then 2 Red 25 kilo plates each with a 5 kilo on each side and 55 pound bar and comp collars. Each collar is like 2.5 kilos or some shit.

This tough for me. Since I am new there Goggins has me sticking to just three times a week and shutting me down early, after working on form. LOL. Tuesday is bench day. I am use to more work. But we have the December 16th meet that we will be prepping for. Definitely a great opportunity. There is USAPL elite lifter in the 168 class. Pulled 677 at a meet squatted over 6 and hit 374 bench. Dude is a beast. Tony Walton. Then Goggins has another elite In Perry Ellis. He's a SHW but here is a beast. I haven't seen him at the gym yet but here lives in this area. I have no way to go up being around all these elite guys and learning from them.Everytime I see this threads title I think 'oh damn, a thread about me!' And then I realize that I'm not a really strong man and I wake up!!!

It's going to make a huge difference training with these guys! Not just the programming but the atmosphere. You're like me, used to training alone and when you're able to get in there with people stronger and just as hungry as you, it makes a huge difference. When I started pulling with a team my strength and mental focus was unreal! You will be hitting heavier weights than normal just from the atmosphere! Thanks brother. Definitely like you. I've trained by myself for years. But with this atmosphere and these elite level lifters giving me pointers and getting coached by Goggins. Oh Cues to fix some form issues. Break at my hips. I have been breaking with my knees and going straight down. Also to keep my gaze just a few feet in front of me instead of at the wall straight in front of me. Kept me from leaning forward. Got me out of .75 heel Oly shoes and let me where a pair of his Adidas ironworks I think they were called. About 0.5 wood heel. I love them. Hope I can find them online in my size.
