IF THAT IS ALL YOU GOT YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO HAVE A KICK ASS DIET.
5OO A WEEK OF TEST, 300 A WEEK OF EQ, AND NOLVA THE WHOLE TIME OF THE CYCLE.
THE DIET. 2500 CALS, 300-400G OF PROTIEN, 200G OF CARBS AND LOWER THAT NUMBER BY 10 A DAY UNTILL YOU GET TO 50G A WEEK OUT. NO CARBS AT ALL AFTER 6PM AND NO SUGAR AT ALL. I COULD EMAIL YOU MY DIET IT WORKS VERY WELL.

You need to give a little more information, like some personal stats, how long until your contest, total amt of gear you have access to, the diet you plan on running, experience, etc.

Balls SACK is right - Get the diet right first.
Just some food for thought...check out some pix of Skip Lacouer (sp), Jeff Willet or some smaller guys like Derik Farnsworth, Tito Raymond or his Bro Jose Raymond. These guys all have compete @ Team Universe (a drug free show) and show up super ripped, tight and hard.

Drugs should be supplement, not a crutch. Tons of guys use tons of gear and look like tons of sh_t on stage - they rely on gear to get them in shape. Things are a little different for national level elite amateurs and pros, but above all diet and proper training and cardio will get you in shape.

How does your diet look?

I agree diet is the key, but Skip LaCour is full of shit claiming to be "all natural." A "drug free" bodybuilding show is an oxymoron. Sorry to hijack the thread, but anyone who really competes knows. Oh yeah, Barry Bonds is all-natural, too!

210 - YEAH - Okay, so maybe my example with Skip was pushing it a bit.

But the main thing I was trying to get across is that unless you are pushing growth, insulin, thyroid preps, igf, dnp, aas, yada yada...diet is paramount when prepping for a show... especially with the drugs this gentleman listed.

20 - 25 %?
You really should be in the low teens THEN think about adding drugs to get ready for a show. Take your time with it too, play smart. And if you are seriously considering jumping into competitions, do yourself a HUGE favor and go watch a local show and check it out. If you have never done one or been to one, it can be an eye opening experience.

Good luck sir!

PS - Barry Bonds IS Natural...baseball players don't do drugs and neither did the Soviet women swimmers.

JaPe, if your avatar is a pic of yourself, as I'm guessing it is, you look fantastic.

As far as the original thread starter here, I think he started this thread as a joke. Between his stats and his drugs, he's just throwing out nonsense to see what he can stir up.
