Five days in a row now back on the weights, hand/wrist is at around 80% but really am only affected on squats and some shoulder movements.
While I was out of the gym and not doing cardio I was on 2400 cals and have had four days straight of 3k. Kinda sad to go back to a few low days but truthfully I’m not going to be doing any cardio. My weekly check in and progress pictures has me up in weight, lower in BF and I’m getting tighter and fuller by the day. Because of the fullness I’m keeping Anadrol in at 25mg a day for the foreseeable future. Im getting blood work done this weekend so I should have an idea how everything is effecting me. Im thinking 25mg will be negligible considering that’s well below even a therapeutic dose but we will see.
I do feel a bit like yoda, training so hard it’s hard to bend down and just function but I’m absolutely an animal in the gym. I’m purposefully taking more time between sets and going slow and controlled with a full stretch and contraction making every rep and set count. I’m decreasing volume a tiny bit but time under tension is up.
I’m going to really make an effort to get to bed earlier and hoping that helps, also ordered a lightweight cooling blanket to help with night sweats.
I’m stronger, fuller, leaner, harder and bigger than 3 weeks ago, which I guess is to be expected but really wild to witness in the mirror—it’s dramatic. I really can’t imagine how good I can come in at if I get out of my own way.
Hesitant to run t3 and/or Clen, saving that and cardio for if and when I really need to get dug out. Coach is out of town for a few weeks so I’ll reassess at around 6-7 weeks out.
