Thank you! I was able to train chest today although pretty painful. The pain is only really in my wrist just from all the swelling. I have had it iced and in a sling, massaging the pitted swelling, my entire arm from delt down looks like Popeye. Hoping for the swelling to subside in the next 3-5 days.
 
Was able to train chest Wednesday, back/bis (yesterday), shoulders tris tonight. Hand is doing a LOT better but wrist is still in pain. I kept my calories/macros on “low” (2400) while I was recovering and have been on “high” (3000) the last 3 and will be high tomorrow for legs.

I trained legs last Friday so I’m pretty much caught up by skipping my chest/glutes extra day. Curious to see what my squat is like, hit 315 for a relatively easy triple last time out. I decided the Anadrol coupled by the infection and subsequent bloat have me a little confused with how I’ve been responding to the new macros. With that in mind I’m going to drop Anadrol at three weeks (today is last dose) and roll into the previously mentioned dosing:

600/week mast p
400/week test p
280/week Tren a

Pretty excited to have placed a rather sizable order to fill in my stock pile.

I’m going to cruise/trt on 150 test/150 deca (was previously on 200/200.

Figured out my next blast for a “clean”ish bulk likely during winter after 16 weeks or so on TRT.

1-7 50mg Tbol
1-16 400mg/wk Test E
1-16 400mg/wk 1-test C (DHB)
1-16 50mg Proviron ED (AM/PM)

Have used tbol before, never proviron and never DHB.

3 week update:

Trained legs today and admittedly didn’t know if I would be able to squat after starting warmups with the wrist. Fortunately I was able to lock it in.

Current 1RM is around 350.
3 sets of low bar squat
*I don’t train based on RPE but adding for reference*
275x4 RPE 7
275x4 RPE 7
290x4 RPE 8
3 sets leg press
2 sets lying leg curls really focused on the stretch and contraction
4 sets leg extensions with focus on full stretch and contraction
4 sets of calves



It ended up being one of the best leg workouts I’ve had in a few months. I’ve been feeling like dog shit in general, haven’t been sleeping well (not AAS related). I think the antibiotics are fucking me up, I’ve been shitting water the past three days so I’m trying some fiber and trying to stay hydrated. Recently added 4g of taurine and 400mg of potassium for cramping just from generally getting leaner. Just ordered a fiber supplement too and got some sauerkraut for gut health. My friend is a dietitian and she told me my gut is going to be out of wack for months due to the antibiotics but here we are.

Only noticeable side so far is night sweats, but I get those when on TRT as well, generally it has more to do with how much I eat closer to bed, GF also likes it a little warmer than I would prefer. Gonna start sleeping above the blankets cause we are stripping the bed almost daily.

Back acne is non-existent but I’m being super conscious of keeping it clean and using OTC acne medication to clean and dry it out.

Maybe a tad bit of added irritability but I also try to be patient and conscious of this in General because I have children and really don’t want to be a dick head dad. I’m looking vascular AF and think I’m getting leaner but it’s tough to say for sure with the bloat from the infection etc. I know I’m ahead of schedule by maybe 3-5 weeks but don’t want to use that as a crutch. I want to get dialed in like I never have before.
 
Credit where credit is due, and a small shout out, all the injectables I am currently running are from @standfordpharma1 over on the steroid underground page. Anadrol is pharmacom labs.

Five days in a row now back on the weights, hand/wrist is at around 80% but really am only affected on squats and some shoulder movements.

While I was out of the gym and not doing cardio I was on 2400 cals and have had four days straight of 3k. Kinda sad to go back to a few low days but truthfully I’m not going to be doing any cardio. My weekly check in and progress pictures has me up in weight, lower in BF and I’m getting tighter and fuller by the day. Because of the fullness I’m keeping Anadrol in at 25mg a day for the foreseeable future. Im getting blood work done this weekend so I should have an idea how everything is effecting me. Im thinking 25mg will be negligible considering that’s well below even a therapeutic dose but we will see.

I do feel a bit like yoda, training so hard it’s hard to bend down and just function but I’m absolutely an animal in the gym. I’m purposefully taking more time between sets and going slow and controlled with a full stretch and contraction making every rep and set count. I’m decreasing volume a tiny bit but time under tension is up.

I’m going to really make an effort to get to bed earlier and hoping that helps, also ordered a lightweight cooling blanket to help with night sweats.

I’m stronger, fuller, leaner, harder and bigger than 3 weeks ago, which I guess is to be expected but really wild to witness in the mirror—it’s dramatic. I really can’t imagine how good I can come in at if I get out of my own way.
Hesitant to run t3 and/or Clen, saving that and cardio for if and when I really need to get dug out. Coach is out of town for a few weeks so I’ll reassess at around 6-7 weeks out.

8 week out update:

186 in the morning after a low calorie day and cardio last night (up 8 pounds). Hit 15 minutes first thing this morning just to get the blood flowing. I didn’t realize just how bad I felt until I started feeling better once finishing the antibiotics. Friday was the first day back feeling 100%. Started Clen at 40mcg. To get more upper chest, side lateral, and low lat switched up my routine.

Hit a huge PR today on squat, 315x4 solid form and solid drive. Previous PR was prior to prep, 315x3 and my form was breaking down.

All things going well. Keeping food the same for now. I am doing cardio as I decided regardless of size or thickness im going for the most peeled look I can achieve.
 
Still getting better, stronger, tighter, maintaining fullness (provided I am eating higher carbs).

Got bloodwork done yesterday with total/free test, lipids, prolactin plus all the other normal markers. Started getting a little itch on my nipples so I switched from .5 arimidex twice a week to 12.5mg/EOD of aromasin and it cleared up within 24 hours.

Started T3 at 50mcg (taking 75mcg on my high cal days) Clen at 20mcg and now at 40 but also taking an injectable Lipo B + albuterol as a stim so monitoring Clen usage closely. A product that Stan sells called dragons blood. Big fan of the product especially at 30$/20ml. I am currently using .2ml.

I am keeping food at 3k cals for high and 2.4K for low, but I’ll be doing four low days and 3 high days, one of which has a refeed in it as I get leaner. Cardio is 3 30 minute sessions still but started doing 15 minutes of interval cardio on non cardio days.

Will monitor size strength and fullness to decide on when to cut calories or add refeeds.

Plan to go as high as 90mg of proviron, 50-75 mg winny and dropping test 3 weeks out to 300/2 weeks out 200/1 week out 100 depending on how “watery” I’m looking. I don’t hold much from what I can tell and fortunately Anadrol hasn’t really had a negative effect at least at 25mg.
