Pre Contest with Pharmacom / Basicstero *PICS*

@TANGO.ECHO.KILO @Wunderpus @Leancuisine

I wanted to tag you guys so y'all could look at my post above and see my progress so far.

Thanks

Goddamn brother!!
Just goes to show how much can be accomplished when someone's got the drive to do so.

I read thru and you did that on low test n deca?? Your arms look like they blew up man! 8-10 weeks of a recomp then?

Definitely excited for ya man...
Damn good progress so far! Haha damn man that really is impressive.... Good job man.

I had to go back and creep through the first photos you posted.

Shoulders are popping man, definitely noticeably bigger and more defined.

Don't have any leg picks to compare them too, but your gonna look pretty diced up come competition time.

You'll kill it brother, just keep at it!

I'm 5'8'' and weighing 194.4 on my scale this morning. At doctors visit today it was around 197 something. Scales are different I guess.

I don't really know exactly what the weight classes are. I think I'll end up being around 180-185 on day of contest. I could be way off tho. This is my first time trying to get down to %5 so I may be less that 180?

The show is a national qualifier. I don't care to place or even make the night show. If either of those happened I would be amazed. I'm really just doing this for the experience. If I enjoy it I'm going to put on about 30 pounds of quality muscle and do it again next year...

Good luck. From what I've seen depending on what weight class your going for you may be good or may still need to gain a few pounds to take a win. How much do you weigh, height, and what do you plan on competing for if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks bro! this is my first time utilizing IIFYM and I can't praise it enough dude. I'm learning so much about my body in response to calories and macro nutrient amounts.

Your feedback is really appreciated! I do think muscle memory is playing a role here cuz I think I'm gaining in my deficit ever so slightly.

I just started my cycle today so we will see how that affects things to. A lot of guys forget about how important diet and training are. I personally know that small amounts of drugs can go a longgg way. Now this is a pretty heavy cycle I'll admit. And to a degree the more you use the better your progress will be if diet and training are peaked to perfection. I literally count every single calorie I eat right now.

NEW PROGRESS PICTURES ATTATCHED TO THIS POST. (FORGOT TO FLEX LEGS IN ALL BUT ONE PIC IF YOU CANT TELL...YES I NEED TO WORK ON MY POSING. I KNOW)

These were today April 21st. Exactly one month from the first ones I posted. This was with only TRT and low dose Deca.

Updates: I have lowered my calories to 2100 and think I will maintain this for a while. Tried raising protein but have decided Im just going to get a minimum of 210grams a day.

Went to doctor today and advised him on what Im doing. Hes so fucking cool! He raised my adex from mon & fri to mon, wed, fri. Also doubled my thyroid hormone dosage. I didn't have to get blood work at this visit, could have asked for it but Im more concerned with it 8-10 weeks from now.

STARTED PHARMA MIX 2 TODAY.

no pip and much smoother / lower viscosity then my pharma test c

shit just got real..

Let me know what yall think about that four week progress.
Please note, I am an asshole. But in this case, I truly intend to help you with my opinions.

I think your progress has been great, I'm really impressed by how defined your core is getting. Also, your calve to quad ratio looks nice.

I think in your next bulk you should focus on hitting legs twice a week, I think your thighs are lagging behind your other parts, that is unless you compete in physique (not classic, but board shorts).

I don't want to bring you down, because a prep is hard enough mentally an emotionally. I think you're on the right track. These preps are the best time to notice what needs coming up next round, and to my its those thighs and also your lower lats. I think you're really on a good path, I am excited to see you change and grow both physically and in your knowledge/experience.

Good luck!

Here's a bit more detail, and tell me what you think:

So, look how strong this looks

When isolated, you can see it's not to the same level as your core. Your legs will come up visually the more you lean out this prep, I'm curious to see more. I think it's time to focus on widening the quads a bit.

Again, constructive criticism, and it's just an opinion :D

Your Critique is much appreciated and welcomed. Im also very glad that you all are engaging with me.

Despite my disclaimer of not flexing legs in all but one photo I do agree with you. I have recently changed my leg training approach and am working on getting more of a sweep to the quad and hoping for additional thickness.

Im not going to do that physique portion of the comp if I go...strictly classic.

OK disregard this stuff has some serious PIP. My quads are practically virgin because I never use them as a site. So if you're pinning in a virgin area there is some serious PIP. Be warned.

Just thought I would share my awesome blood pressure. It hasn't always been th just thought I would share my awesome blood pressure. It hasn't always been this great.
