Hello everyone. I have just got my pre cycle bloods done. Could someone go though this and check everything out?.. is everything normal? Also I think I may have a liver problem. Can someone who knows how to read this let me know please.

High liver values can be caused by heavy training and eating a lot of protein. All those things release the same enzyme that is being tested for. Mine were elevated for over 30 years. Of course drinking to much alcohol and eating to much can also impact those levels.

You may have mild fatty liver with those numbers and high cholesterol. Nothing to worry about really and it's reversible. Eat less fat. Either way there not elevated much. Dr is looking for trippled numbers to be worried. Training can do it too. Run labs after three days off training and see. If still high may be fatty liver.

Are you tacking NAC? It will put your numbers in range. Just take 1200mg a day for 30 days. Labs will look better. It has been used in emergency rooms to cleanse the liver after overdose toxicity. Studies prove it works. Before Trt I used to get elevated liver enzymes from training. I didn't know muscle breakdown would elevated my labs. Bike trainng did it biking 15 miles a day. If you test after squats it will be elevated. I got normal tests waiting 3 days after working out ....sometimes I'd wait 7 days. Then 4 years later I gained a bit of fat and fatty liver caused elevated tests. Dr gave me a sonogram and saw mild fatty liver. This was all pre covid. Immediately I tightened up my diet and did more cardio. Dr was amazed I reversed my fatty liver in 6 months. I kind of blame the stupid high-fat dirty keto diet as well. Because I was on that when I got the fatty liver. Fuck all that bacon lol. Fast forward to the next 4 or 5 years and I'm on trt and doing a lot better but every once in awhile I would get one to three points over on my enzymes and my trt doctor told me about nac. Since discovering NAC I get perfect lab results on my liver enzymes. I don't take it constantly I just take it like 30 days before my labs.

No I don’t take NAC. Should I have it on hand since I’m starting my first cycle of test today? Also gonna get some telmisartan and keep it on hand

It won't hurt. At your age you won't need telmisaran but I had high BP before steroids. I take 80mg telmisaran and it keeps my hematocrit lower. Less donations per year. I need bp meds though at age 50 almost.

Okay sweet. I’ll keep telmisartan on hand tho just incase because someone on this forum was running the same cycle I am about to and is around the same age and he got high bp. Not sure if it was the test or something else but just incase I’ll get some and also some NAC just if needed. Better safe then sorry I guess.

Hey! Your liver's fine, don't worry!
Telmisartan will not harm you even if your bp is normal, so you can definitely use it if your bp is high.
Good luck!
