Pre-cycle bloodwork

Want to try 1st cycle 500mg test c. 41 years old 6'3 240 leaner still have visible abs. No androgens, been using peptides for last year. All my lipids are good and within range. Total cholesterol is 190.

Any thoughts? Seems like my hormone levels are low. I don't feel optimal. I can still workout hard but outside of that I feel tired a lot and just put that off as stress.

Your shbg is on the higher end so your free t is on the lower end hence why you feel tired. Supplement zinc and magnesium and fish oils to lower it.

I'm still groggy, so I'm probably off base here, but your E2 results - you're registering as less than 15 e2? I feel like that's extremely low. It's my understanding (which could be wrong) that your natural e2 should be somewhere in the 20's.

Right that's what I thought. Doctor said it's normal in comments. Funny thing is my knees have been super achy for last month. Really achy joints in general for no reason. I can't deduce what low e2 could've be coming from. Also I feel slight depression, low sex drive or more so don't get many erections. I am taking nothing other than zinc mag p5p fish oil, gda (berbine, agmatine, bittermelon, narala). Been using cjc/ipam for 2 months. No preworkouts. Diet clean.

What is your diet like as that can have an impact on your symptoms and your blood work.

Unfortunately, I don't know nearly enough to even hazard a guess. I will say that, from what little I know, low e2 could be causing your problems (slight depression, low sex drive, etc).

That said, what I would say is that you should get your blood taken again - maybe after a few weeks. See if the reading is consistent.

l think your lowish test levels and your low estrogen could be why you don't feel optimal. Your SHBG is normal for a natty guy, as is your total test to free test ratio. One of the supps your taking in zinc can be great for raising test levels in some people, but can also have strong estrogen lowering effects in others, myself included.
lf you decide you would like to try and raise your test levels naturally, there is 1 supplement that l have used for years that raises my test levels by about 40%. This is Tongkat Ali 10% Eurycomanone, you can buy it from Nootropics Depot.
lf you decide to try it just buy 1 bottle to see if it works for you, take 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 tablet with dinner each day. Make sure you take them with food.
You should notice improvement in 4 or so weeks if it is going to work for you.

I have taken it as have taken a lot of other natural herbs and what not. Hard to tell because I don't take any bloodwork to see how it effects me. This is just pre cycle bloodwork. Interesting would be just to take bloodwork after running something like that for 8 weeks.

2022 bloodwork.

Dug up my bloodwork from last year. I get bloodwork every year since getting a vasectomy. Just paranoid that vasectomy was going to lower test levels or what not.

Was the Tongkat the same one l mentioned above?
Because l have tried dozens of Tongkat ali supplements over the years and the one l mentioned is the only one that has made a difference to my test levels.
As for your blood tests, they all look reasonably consistent except for last years where your estrogen had spiked a fair bit.
Were you taking the same supplements you are now before your 2022 test?
Your test levels are certainly not optimal, but are on that borderline where some guys will feel fine and some will feel ordinary.
Also what Peptides have you been using?

Hell yea man! I say run a 12-16 week 500mg/wk blast then cruise on TRT. Highly doubt you’ll regret it.

2017 bloodwork. Had vasectomy in 2019. Could it just be me or did all my numbers get worse since getting snipped.

l missed your 2017 test when posting my last comment, and yes your test levels seemed to have dropped a bit since your vasectomy. The funny thing is l had a vasectomy 16 years ago, my test levels have doubled since then and are nearly 900 as a 56 year old. l attribute this to my diet and the Tongkat ali supplement l take.

Yup is nootropics 2% and 10%. Problem was I never took them solo. I always had something else with it whether fadogia or some other random test booster. I cycle thru a lot of different natural stuff. Last year I tore my pec around same time I got bloodwork. I was using cjc1295 with mk677. Then once injured I added in tb500 and bpc157. Currently taking cjc/ipam.

One thing I have noticed with looking back at this bloodwork is how much lower my prolactin is now. I started using p5p 120mg a day for probably last 8 months. Seems like it is make a difference.

Taking them solo won't make any difference.
Since your diet looks good and the Tongkat ali 10% didn't raise your test levels, l wouldn't waste your money trying all the different test boosting supplements out there because l can tell you, l have spent thousands of dollars on test boosters over the last 20 years and the majority of them are nothing but a waste of money.

As for the peptides, cjc/ipam shouldn't be causing you any issues as they will be just increasing igf levels slightly which should help recovery from training a bit.

Since you seemed to be doing a lot of things right from a natural point of view, still have lowish Test levels and feel fatigued all the time it might be worth trying what @Fattyone suggested and see how you feel.
Just make sure you do research first so you know what your getting into.
Good luck with whatever you choose.
