Pre-workout energy drink??

What's a good pre-workout energy drink? I take creatine before and after workouts. Is there some product I can add to the creatine I take before the workout? Or, a commercial energy drink I can mix that already contains creatine?
 
Those drinks would be a waste of your money. The best things to take before a workout is caffeine and/or ephedrine. Your best bet is to buy caffeine and ephedrine tabs to take before your workout. A common dose of caffeine/ephedrine would be 200mg/25mg, basically one tab of each. Any time you buy a formulation your going to pay extra for someone to have mixed it up for you.

not only will this speed you up, youll lose weight like a motherfucker too.
 
B. Diddy and West are right about the speed. Don't take too much and over amp, though. Start with just a little caffeine and access your tolerance. I usually just drink a few cups of coffee, unless I'm trying to cut up, then I go for ephedrine/caffeine like B. Diddy described or drink a Ripped Force Extreme.

I would also suggest skipping the pre-workout creatine unless it's sublingual creatine. If you're loading take 10g w/ at least 40g of simple sugar immeadiately after working out. Take 10g some other time that day with a protein shake. I work out in the mornings, take the creatine w/ sugar, then I take the other 10g in the late after noon w/ protein so the doses are spaced out more. If your not loading just take 10g after working out (w/ the simple sugar, of course).
