Raw potatoes? Yuck.Usually i eat chicken breats and some raw potatoes about an hour before each work out, but recently ive been throwing up at the gym so ive gone lighter ie protein bars, cans of tuna etc.
Its not doing the trick, im starving to the point of weakness during my training. Cant seam to find a happy medium.

My coach put me on them in the beginning. I usually eat them after my primary lift or maybe half way through a training session. While the s'mores flavor rocks, strawberry is the game changer for me lol.
