Poptarts are the fuel of champions bro. Chicken and brown rice is like 87octane unleaded. Poptarts are like C17 race gas. Just eat a package or two during your workout and thank me later lol.
This is great news!!! I would feel guilty eating that but now, since you said it's ok, I'm going right to the market and get half a dozen boxes. Mid-workout boost food...pop tarts...yea!!! :D

Hahahaha. Just make them fit into your daily macro needs but for quite a few ppl from another board, poptarts are our preferred choice of mid workout energy lol.
