Guys, I thought a good thread would be to see what everyone can and has used as a pre-workout substitute on those occasions when they do not have what they normally use.
Here is my substitute
I am a big believer in NanoVapor, I use this religiously, it seems to be the only thing that works for me. I have tried N.O. Explode, and the GNC version as well, and I get no effects at all from them. Now that I am on my flushing phase where I am not taking any supplements except for my protein, I am looking for something to take the place of NanoVapor, trying coffee this morning, it use to be my pre-workout drink before I got into taking any supplements.
