Curious if the average pre workout, something without dmaa in it, could elevate liver values? Let's say with the average use of 1 scoop 4-5 days per week

I don't take any supplements except 1 scoop whey protein.

For Pre workout I just drink black coffee.

Honestly don't even waste money on pre workout. Doesn't do shit. You can drink 2 cups of black coffee before workout and does the same shit.

Black coffee and caffeine pills is all I take

I'm not trying to say whether pre workouts are worth it or not. Simply their effect on the liver

It's hard to determine the effects of a lot of supplements on the liver when the person taking them exercises frequently because exercise itself can elevate liver enzymes.

To me, PWO's just aren't worth the money or the hype. I'm sticking with BCAA's and creatine.
