Pregnenolone question

Hello.. I've been on trt for 6 years now at 150mg a week. No HCG.
My issue is that when I take 25mg of sublingual pregnenolone it has a pretty negative effect on mood for me. Somewhere in between agitating and depressing. DHEA 5mg sublingual alone tends to have a slightly positive effect for me. Either neutral or slightly positive. Overall anytime I take the preg with or without dhea it's a negative effect for me.

Anyone have any insight as to what could be causing that?
