Primal Pharma Test E 45mg EoD (TRT)

I’m a woman who uses tadalafil and am on hrt. The tadalafil hasn’t ever had any notable impact on e2 lcms.

Guessing the aromatization comment is based off of this study of 20 men with ED. Larger studies didn’t show any significant differences.

That's why I'm not making any concrete assumptions about tadalafil. IF there is an effect, it likely only effects a very small amount of people and not in any substantial way. I don't even physically fall in with the sample cohort that saw a difference in e2 in that study. I'm just trying to make sense of the 6pg/ml e2. Could very well have been a test failure. What happens if e2 drops back down after resuming tadalafil? Sure, it means nothing for the general populous but it will certainly dictate how I personally utilize tadalafil. Until that unlikely event, I'll take it as a one-off. It's an interesting personal experiment nonetheless.

Any plans to retest for E2 in the near future? I'm pretty interested to know whether the 6 or the 34 was the anomaly. This is a super interesting situation to me.

You are taking ~160mg a week but total test is only in 900's

So where's it going?

You probably didn't see an estradiol spike because you also don't have a testosterone spike
In November when I had my bloodwork done I was on 90mg Test C twice weekly (not UGL) for 3 months and my total test was 621ng/dL with an e2 of 58.5pg/mL.
Some people just have a poor response to exogenous test and I am one of them apparently.IMG_4311.webp

Are you holding onto a higher bf%? I'm right around 30%. I suspect as bf comes down test numbers will rise. As is, I believe I'm an average responder. Steroid Plotter basically nailed my levels at this dose.
