That's why I'm not making any concrete assumptions about tadalafil. IF there is an effect, it likely only effects a very small amount of people and not in any substantial way. I don't even physically fall in with the sample cohort that saw a difference in e2 in that study. I'm just trying to make sense of the 6pg/ml e2. Could very well have been a test failure. What happens if e2 drops back down after resuming tadalafil? Sure, it means nothing for the general populous but it will certainly dictate how I personally utilize tadalafil. Until that unlikely event, I'll take it as a one-off. It's an interesting personal experiment nonetheless.I’m a woman who uses tadalafil and am on hrt. The tadalafil hasn’t ever had any notable impact on e2 lcms.
Guessing the aromatization comment is based off of this study of 20 men with ED. Larger studies didn’t show any significant differences.
