Once we convince him to switch from cheap Chinese borosilicate vials that delaminate glass shards into the oil, to something better like Corning Valor vials.... that may up the price a dollar or two lol.

Your legs cant be that small! It's your technique. Also, some people just cant handle quads. Google it up and you'll find plenty of diagrams showing where to pin.

What size pin are you using and oil? Is it out of the fridge? What volume are you pushing? What’s the mix (T400 etc)?
