MESO-Rx Sponsor Primal Pharma - US Domestic

LMAO it's not fuckin weed. There aren't stronger strains. What @RockyP said, your old shit was either underdosed, or your seller was slapping a reta label on another GLP for the price premium (two decently popular sellers got busted earlier this year for selling sema and tirz as retatrutide).
Obviously, I'm talking about the dosing. I dont remember what the reserchem lab reports said before they shutdown in regards to dosing accuracy. Im sure the raws were of quality, but feels a little underdosed in comparison. The point is Im a happy ape with reta-nanas lol

Yes. Fasting BG is 74. Protein is at 1.5g. Diet is dialed.

I mean that I experienced significantly less appetite suppression
Grats on the huge loss! And nice work with the protein, most people who try it don't have a clue about monitoring protein intake.

Reta's only a tiny fraction as active at GLP-1 as sema. If you want more appetite suppression, you can add sema or tirz. Some people have success with cagrilintide too (didn't do shit for my hunger during a cut though).
Its time for me to come off anyway besides keeping it in for insulin sensitivity.
I don't need to lose either. The metabolic optimization is the entire reason I take it. It makes everything easier, losing, lean gaining, maintaining.

Ineffective at what? Are you checking your BG and ketone levels? Are you hitting your daily protein minimum?
What’s the sitch with reta and ketone levels? I been using reta since April but started getting pretty bad orthostatic hypotension, blacked out 3 times in one night at work. Not sure if it was strictly reta related, electrolyte imbalance, or blood sugar issues. Maybe a combo of everything and more. Had been in a pretty steep deficit for 3 months. Have since cut reta, tripled carbs, and taking electrolytes twice a day for the last 2 weeks, and symptoms have dwindled. Getting bloods next Monday to see if anything weird shows up as well. Anything in your experience I should specifically be looking for? Or have you ever heard of reta giving anyone the hypotension symptoms?

I agree. It just makes everyone a mesomorph, dose dependently. Not everyone ok, but the vast majority of people who use it.

Reta puts you in a state of ketosis without having to become a ketofag. You're constantly breaking down body fat, so you'll always have a low level of blood ketones.

orthostatic hypotension
Could be your electrolyte levels. My sodium tanked a few months ago (<130) and I had similar symptoms. I eat a ton of salt now. Could also be any vasodilators/vasoconstrictors you're taking messing with your body's own regulation. Tadalafil can do it. Chronic nicotine can too.

Thank you, brother. And I totally agree. I can control my appetite (for the most part) but for months I simply could not look at food the same.

I am actually glad to be past that now. I dont plan on ever having to cut like that again (what a nightmare), but I will have to come off to desensitize my body to it again if I plan to use it for actual weight loss. The compound is obviously still working in the background but your body learns how to adapt after a while and the food noise definitely comes back when lowering dose.

My wife lost 30 pounds on it and is now off completely as she has no ass. Proceed with caution, men.

I was taking tadalafil as well. I asked someone in a diff thread that was having the same shit happen and he confirmed adding electrolytes got rid of his issues. I was always slamming water but never electrolytes. And probably was shorting myself on sodium accidentally. Good to know I can probably add the reta back in. Thanks for the info

Congratulations on your new identity as Jordan Belfort.

I am laughing way too hard at this!

Shit tons of bad info out there about reta, diet and macros. Most doctors and nutritionists don't even know wtf they're talking about when it comes to reta, mostly because it's not for legit sale yet, still in trials. It shouldn't be called (or marketed as) a GLP-1, imo.
HMU if you need help.
I wasn't the one that made the Reta connection. I just find a lot of benefits from carbs. I get the idea of carb cycling on certain days. But are 0 carb days necessary?

This is my reason for staying on it. What dosage do you use?

Ive been at 1mg since start, but was thinking of doing maybe half since I need to eat more to push growth. Need to revisit the studies and make sure the dosing still allows for the metabolic benefits.

Meant to include @Bandern on that reply, sorry.

Minimum dose in the trials was 2mg. 0.5 or even 1mg is a waste of time imo. I do 6mg/wk currently. I dropped to 4mg for a few weeks and still had low level ketones but BG, although still good, wasn't staying in as tight a window.

I eat like an Ethiopian in a donut factory when I’m running reta. Just not donuts

I mean that I experienced significantly less appetite suppression as your body gets used to it and I found when I escalated the dosing there was a point of diminished returns. I would say 6mg would be a cap in my experience. I know the trials show 8mg weekly as the most effective and almost the same results north of 8 as 8.

Just my anecdote.

I went from 225 to 175 on it so I am not complaining. Its time for me to come off anyway besides keeping it in for insulin sensitivity.

There's no tolerance to Reta (or Sema or Tirz) any more than there is to other hormones like insulin or Testosterone, When you get the homeostasis weight that dose established, which is what GLP does, appetite suppression slows then stops. If you stayed at that dose and somehow regain 10 lbs appetite suppression would return until you go back down.

Some coconut water with some intra workout aminos mixes that have electrolytes works wonders.
