Worth a shot, and you should be doing it anyway tbh. Zone 2 cardio is your friend. I do incline treadmill every day at a brisk pace for 30-45 minutes. Normally shoot for ~135bpm. Yes, it is fucking mind numbingly boring. No, it does not get more enjoyable. YMMV.
Do you find this hinders your leg recovery. I'm trying to do the same. BUt an assault bike, was doing manual type hiit before that with sprints/jumping jacks/jump rope but it seems like it taxes my legs more than I want.

on 4mg Reta, 200mg test, 100mg primo, and 4IU HGH.

I ran 7 miles in 48:30 tracked by Strava. Reta seems fine for me doing fairly intense cardio.

Gotta get some good cardio in and sweat some of that excess HGH fluid out. Haha

Reta puts you in a state of ketosis without having to become a ketofag. You're constantly breaking down body fat, so you'll always have a low level of blood ketones.

Could be your electrolyte levels. My sodium tanked a few months ago (<130) and I had similar symptoms. I eat a ton of salt now. Could also be any vasodilators/vasoconstrictors you're taking messing with your body's own regulation. Tadalafil can do it. Chronic nicotine can too.
As someone who has done keto that's a relief.

I've heard some people say their glucose is really low while on Reta.

Quick Update, Apes.

I know a lot of you are waiting for the Test E results. I emailed Jano and asked if they can do a GMCS screening as well for all the samples that just landed there.

They responded and said they will ask the lab if they have enough sample to do it. That’s likely why it’s taking longer to get results. Will keep you all updated!
I believe this……

Is this for the latest batch? Or the vials sold back in September. I’m referring to the September stuff.

Wasn’t a bunch already in Janos hands and you were just waiting on testing to come out?

At this point you might as well send it in for testing yourself. You'd get the results next week if you send it out today. It'd be interesting to see if it matches whatever report gets posted.

People have been asking about it since early Sep lol..

It's all reimbursed, you've got nothing to lose.

I’ll be honest, as a customer myself, I’m starting to notice some bad habits. There are tests that keep getting postponed, products being released before testing is available, and we are starting to see customer tests showing inaccuracies.

Primals willingness to reimburse for testing and general interaction with the community has earned him some deserved good will. But at some point we need to start digging a little deeper and holding them accountable.

If we believe some of the submitted tests are erroneous, for whatever reason, then we need some testing to dispute the inaccuracies. I’m just looking for the truth, regardless of which way it cuts.
For my last tag…..

Not trying to start shit. But ain’t looking too hot here, and I agree with the above statement.

I’m good on all that. It’s about keeping his word.

But I do absolutely agree with you.

Read my latest post I quoted. That’s kinda my point here.

Some zone 2 incline walking should not tank a leg day. If anything over time it will build your conditioning up and make you get more effective workouts. I was able to get my squat up to the 600’s with 3 days of incline walking at 12-15% incline in the mornings, and 2 days of HIIT on an echo bike. Just don’t do the HIIT on the leg day or you may have a tad bit of interference, just space it out some if possible.

Hell yeah borther keep that hog cranked!

So with the cialis for pumps. What stops you from getting hard at the gym. Never taken one.
In my research I’ve seen some articles saying cialis just for blood flow and viagra is blood flow and arousal correct me if I’m wrong fellas

I’d stay away from hiit in a deficit when recovery is already compromised but a little incline walking or zone 2 on the bike isn’t gonna make any difference.

I do like hiit in a growth phase cuz 10 minutes sucks less than 40 minutes. I just don’t do it the day or two after leg day.

Cialis doesn't randomly make you hard. It just systemically increases blood flow, so when you get aroused you just get easier blood flow to your dick.

I do 8 incline 3.5 mph walking on a treadmill 3-4 times a week after my workouts. This is how I get majority of my steps on the days I don't work. So I'm not sure if that counts as my "shitty cardio" lmao
Lidocaine spray... :D
ehhhhhhhhh

Yeah I think my leg days are still pretty good, my legs just feel beat up all week. Still trying to get the programming sorted. The echo bike/assault bike gives me a nasty quad pump right off the bat. But I do love the thing.

That makes sense, I am just coming out of a growth phase so will rethink things after my maintenance period when I move to a fat loss period.

My cardio is definitely awful. I mean I'll do my daily 12k steps religiously but if I try to jog I get way too out of breath after a few minutes.

Been there man

Jog until you get out of breath, then walk, then jog again etc etc

Ime it never gets easy, but you can slowly increase the distance, time spent jogging vs walking, etc

Why stop from getting hard? That how I get machine squatters to finish their set and move. I think it's the eye contact at the same time that gets them moving
Hey @Civdiv!

I completely agree with @CHIEF M and @Turkeybuilder here. I’ve taken Cialis, viagra, MT2. I have not tried PT-141 but I will next year sometime. I’ll share my experiences below.

Cialis- It is GREAT for pumps and also slightly lowers blood pressure. I take 10mg daily- it’s great. You’re not going to get a random boner. It is easier to get hard because blood flow is better (cells walls are relaxed), but you need to be mentally aroused.

Viagra- Similar to Cialis, but you might get a little blood flowing down there for no reason. I never got random boners from it but the sides are not worth it for me. My nose immediately becomes stuffy and my vision is tinted blue. Yes, blue- it’s called cyanopsia. Never taking viagra again.

MT2- At 200mcg 3x per week I got a few random boners, nausea, loose stool, moles/dark skin. Dropped dose to 100mcg and much better. No difference in pumps, this works different than Viagra/Cialis… it’s more of a mental thing.

Hope this helps. Main takeaway is Cialis is awesome lol.
