Will the incoming Mast E be resold CN oil or domestically brewed from raws? I really don't care either way, I don't think it's some sort of mortal sin to re-sell Chinese oils - it's just a dick move to lie about it and charge domestic prices. That being said, some customers may still pay the up-charge for re-sold CN oils if they really want that 300 or 400 / ml Mast E. And MAYBE I'm one of those fucking retards...

Perhaps I'm reading way too much into it but the way that Primal protected their Mast P from all promotions leads me to believe it was not resold CN oils. However, that Primo was included in the standard 20% off as well as the subsequent promos. Anyway, new day, Primo is old news. What's the story with the Mast E?

We were getting slammed with Primo requests. Everyone wanted it, and instead of waiting for our own raws to land like we should have, we made the call to bring in some oils just to keep up with demand. In the moment, it felt like the right move to avoid letting you guys down. Looking back, it wasn’t the best decision...

We know most of you don’t care, but that’s not the point. Being upfront from the jump is always the best play on the chess board. We tried to play catchup instead of being patient and that’s on us. A lesson we needed to learn early rather than later.

Genuinely, this will make us better in the long run. First and only time we’ll ever do something like that.

Man… was it really that hard to just say this from the start? We didn’t need the whole Santa Barbara storyline, the dramatic twists, and the “mysterious secret stash under the bed” arc. Respect though, you stuck to the narrative until the very last breath. You kept doubling down even while sending in the vial knowing damn well it was Chinese Primo, still calling it some hidden treasure batch you brewed long ago.

He shared the GCMS report and admitted fault. He is willing to run some additional blank oil samples to help educate the community with additional data. Will be great to have the GSO COA info and GCMS data.

No one can hide their oils anymore. I am hopeful some good stuff can come out of this. Time will tell, but I hope Primal will use this moment constructively moving forward, and be an even sharper instrument for the step changes needed in this space.

Buying direct from Chinese vendors takes way too long, risk of being seized, and a lot of those vendors have bad history of transparency; their constant scapegoat is “our factory got raided”.

I’m perfectly okay paying the premium for quality domestic sources that do the testing and all before selling it. I save so much on groceries/snacks/eating out on GLPs too not to mention kicking some nasty habits like smoking & coffee. Win win
