Haven't you ever wondered why you have a herniated disk... There's is more lifting than throwing up some heavy weight. There are many other factors involved in building muscle than just heavy weight...

Tell me... how much do you weigh?
 
Don't worry my brother, you're not going to get any bashing from me. I was there at some point in my life too. And I had a lot of people who took me in and taught me the ways to training, they didn't bash me. This is how I learned and this is what I preach.

Aside from your opinion on my bathtub shitty gear, which I respect, if you ever need any advice on training or a cycle, I will do my best to help you.

Please I actually beg you to bash me.. Tomorrow is my chest/back super set day... I love this day.. Really painful workout but I love it. Give me the fuel. I'll be working 7hr workday tomorrow taking in a heavy delivery of toilets, urinals and sinks... We have 10 floors of bathrooms.. Just me and another guy taking this delivery all day. After we finish the day I'll hit the gym. Please bash me... Show me how much of a sissy bitch you are college boy. I'll work 12-16 hour days when the work was busy... Come home bang out heavy weights go to bed and wake up the next day and do it all over again that was when I wasn't on gear.

I know your trolling me... But it's like you know you have nothing on me because if we met in real life I would dwarf your ass and shove your Porshe gear up your ass and then we'll have proof your gear is shit. Just saying No Threats... Just a friendly hand shake.

Come on my brother, don't be naive... Just because you're running a VPN to TOR encryption doesn't mean that the NSA can't get to you. It just depends on how many resources they're willing to devote to getting to you.

I fell off a ladder at work and fell 16 feet on concrete... I got up after 2 minutes of being paralyzed and I walked 4 avenues across manhattan to get home to be with my parents so they can take me to the ER in our area so they wouldn't have to travel into the city. I held out for 6 hours before I collapsed in the hospital and passed out due to the pain.. Couldn't feed myself to 3 months. I was hooked on Oxycodone and Cocaine, muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories before I turned my life around once again and healed up and I'm better than ever..

You... You have enough time to reply to me when you should be getting your life in order.

If we met in person I'd teach you how to properly work out, correct your form, and take care of your herniated disk... After that you'd buy my gear.

@2Dumb2Plumb , do you pull sumo or conventional?

Well right now I don't want to rock the boat with my 4 herniated disc so I do hex bar at 275 for 20 reps. I get a better pull with my back and rear delts that way. But when I was pulling before the accident I used conventional when trying to work my lower body and core but Sumo for complete back pulls. I have a very solid back...unfortanutely I was born with a fused spinal column and the accident made it worse lol...
