Usually every 3 days is every 3.5 days, so 250/injection

As to you second question I guess it depends on which pin he is referencing from.

Not that I care I'd never pin hammer in the first place.

Exactly. When a person posts a lab report it is STRONGLY advised to blur out anything that can be tied back to that person and that includes account numbers, doctors names and lab addresses. That info can trace this report back to the customer.

It could be miswording or not. Personally, I pin e3d, not twice a week or 3.5 days, so it can be confusing. But either way, it still doesnt add up to why he would be 5 days from last pin for bloodwork, 3 weeks into cycle.
