Primo Cycle

Really sorry to hear that my friend. That shit just never gets any easier.

21 is quite a long life span for any dog breed, wow.

Thanks Eman I appreciate it. Unbelievable she made it that long and had very few physical issues. Kidney disease is eventually what got her but she lived almost 2 years after it was diagnosed and the vet said she only had between 3 and 6 months.

Several seizures the last day was difficult to deal wih and burying her was tough even for a meat head powerlifter.

At least 150 if you were working up to a true 1 rep max. Probably closer to 160.

My dog died in my arms a week ago today at just short of 21. Suffered the last day which was tough but was a very happy girl throughout her life.

Sorry to hear that, WP. It's tough. At least she had a long life though. 21 is old for a dog.

I've seen them come and go several times... usually cancer which seems common for the retrievers. Car hit one and bitch of an ex girlfriend claimed full custody of the last one.

But I've come to learn there is always another one out there looking for a home and love so, with that said, hope you go looking for another sometime soon :)

21 years. Wow. I would fall to pieces. I'm so sorry. It is such an injustice that we love these creatures so much and their life spans are shorter than ours.

Sorry to hear that MP. The dead of a loved one is always a punch in the gut even if it's well anticipated.

I had many dogs in my short life and it never gets easier when you have to let them go. Once I promised myself I would never get one again, but I always fall for it after a while. If I can suggest something, next time go in a dog shelter and get one from there. I know... It's not a pure breed maybe, it will not win medals at a show or whatever... But they surely are full of love and are just waiting for someone that will make them feel safe and loved :)

Posterior Chain Day. Since my butt/hams are my project this next 6 weeks please feel free to comment on or suggest exercises if you are so inclined.

Hip thrust 175 4x10
Romanian deadlift 125 4x10
Kneeling squats 115 10x5 (I used Ripptoe's nipples to the floor and def felt in the hip hinge and glutes)
Glute ham raise 4x8 (these were hard!!)
Single leg RDL W/20 lb dbs 3x10 superset with
Bench single leg glute bridge 3x12
Weighted reverse hyper 4x12 superset with
Lying leg curl 90x6, 85x8 3x 75x9

Still feel good on the primo. I've read that it's a "feel good" compound and I do. Like I have more seratonin or something. Pin tomorrow.

Shoulder & Arm day. Also pinned today. Still nbd. This starts week 3. I did notice my throat a little sand-papery an hour or so later. Related? Shedding hair? Meh. I can't tell. I am hyper aware of each hair that falls out of my head now but it's not much and probably in the normal range. I'm still feeling good. I feel more compact and tighter. I feel like I'm getting leaner. This could be the effect of the var leaving my system. Depending how the rest of this cycle goes I may stick to primo. Also noticing vascularity increase.
Workout today:
Glute ham raise 4x10
Weighted cable kickback 3x10
Reverse Hyper (weighted) 3x12
V-taper shoulder workout from t nation. This still kicks my ass. Such a good routine. TUT+ super sets.
Db Bicep curl 4x8-10 30
Db skull crusher 4x10 15-20 lbs
Cable curl 3x10 105 superset w/
Tricep push down 95-105 3x10

Off day tomorrow.

That's something I would keep an eye on. I'm not an expert on AAS virilization by any means, but I wouldn't want you to experience permanent issues with your voice.

Thanks Eman. I definitely will.

Killing it!!!
def keep an eye on the scratchy throat. Especially since primo will take a lot longer to clear out of your system than Anavar.
I'm sorry about the hair shedding. I've actually read a lot of women experience that while on primo. I'm a little scared of it bc I feel like I already lost so much hair the last few weeks of this cycle.
We'll see.
Loving your log, Wendy!
Xo

This is a really good point as well.

You're dealing with an ester that is going to take a while to not only build up in your system but to clear. You're going to want to be proactive if anything gets sketchy since you'll have to ride things out.

In my case, I haven't done tren yet but the words enanthate and tren next to each other automatically make me think - fuck no lol.

I;m on Primo too, more than that (I've done a cycle before) and my voice is already sounding like I've been smoking Salems and drinking whiskey all night. I also get this weird sinus drip where i need to clear my throat all the time, but it disappeared after my cycle was over last time and I assume it will this time as well. I enjoy reading your workout program! Gives me some ideas for new things to implement in mine!

Hey! thanks for your input! I have that throat clearing thing too. Ha! I appreciate you sharing your experiences. Interestingly, my sand-paper feeling throat was gone this morning. I'm tempted to up my dose but will wait a week before I decide on that.

my first cycle i took 50, but this time around i am running 100. I may cut back on that a bit to 75. I am waiting on a shipment of NPP that i may switch to after it arrives and see how that goes. I outlined a program and macro/caloric intake before i started this, which i did not do before. I have clear cut goals this time so am hoping for success!

Great log Wendy! Im popping in for this one to check on your hair loss/acne sides if any as I've been told that those are the worst on Primo, but otherwise it being awesome for no bloat and hardness.

A while back I came across this amazing and detailed log that I thought may be helpful for the other ladies. This chick runs a crazy amount of gear and she looks fantastic! She posts bloods and charts throughout and it's quite interesting to see how extensive her stack is to get size, vascularity, strength while being lean. She switches out compounds too...anyway. Good reading when you ladies have time.
