Primo Cycle

I agree... that side is definitely dose dependent... you need to run insane amounts over a long period of time to get this... I would imagine a fair comparable would be men running over 10iu a day and women 6iu or more over a long period of time... 3-4iu for a woman for growth is OK and fairly typical.
The only thing I would add too that is dont start off at that dosage, you need to start low and work your way up. Dosage is also dependant of pharma versus generic

BTW, my girl hired a female ifbb pro to train her. It costs approximately 1000.00 for 12 weeks. That included diet planning, training schedule, and which gear to use when. Best money she ever spent. The results were incredible

Yes... just like anything else... start low and see how it goes, then go from there... but from the sounds of things, for what Wendy wants to achieve, she should be good with 1-2iu daily... no need for more... especially if she is stacking AAS with it...

be careful... research and ask for references... plus find someone who you seen has the same values/beliefs and has transformed women to similar goals as you have... also ask for experience with AAS... you'd be surprised to see how many have no idea and have done serious damage to some females. I've seen it done first hand on a girl at my gym... it makes me angry as so many just give out these cookie cutter diets, training and cycle plans and don't really care... later just blame it on you that you probably didn't work hard enough

I've been seeing a lot of that play out on IG lately. Not the gear part but I get totally the caveat emptor. Somethings really matter and you can't fake your way through them! Good reminder GG!

Agreed! There is a lot of that out there!

Just trying to look out for you ;)

this is a person who runs her own gym and trains lots of people. so we could see the results she was getting for lots of girls and men as well. she interviewed her, saw the pics and results, and signed up. so check around in your town and find a pro that runs their own gym to start. would never train with the people that we see at our la fitness

I've seen this go both ways brother. A lot of the time these pros hired coaches for their diets, drugs and training. Then, they "cookie cutter" their program for everyone else. Anyone who knows a bit of info, knows cookie cutter programs don't work, especially with women. Not saying this is the case, just something to watch out for.

yeah, we interviewed several trainers before we found the right one. she's worked out great

Subbed for this log - most of my girls favor Primo over pretty much everything else but it's always good to gather as much anecdotal reports as possible on these things :)

The GH conversation earlier was interesting.
I personally don't see the need for GH for body comp purposes BUT if someone was interested in going down that road, and they are premenopausal, then I'd argue that the dosing would need to be higher compared with men and, as a result, the risk/reward ratio becomes more questionable in relation to sides.
Due to higher estrogen levels, women tend to have higher natural GH levels than men BUT are more resistant to the IGF-1 generating effects (for more info, please see -http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11095453).
As a result, low doses aren't really going to do much of anything if growth is the main goal I'm afraid.

Back Day: awkward at the gym. I tried something new by coming straight from work but was just exhausted when I got there. No preworkout or preworkout snack no earbuds. Plus it was DL night and no room at the inn for me. So as I drug my way through my workout I bargained with myself that I would do them tomorrow. Leg day. So for today it was:
Bent over db row 4x10 55
Cable rows 4x10 80
Lat pulldown 4x10 70
Straight arm cable pushdown 4x10 105
Glute ham raise 4x10

Sides: if I was shedding hair I've stopped. I didn't notice any hairs today. My face is super oily. Have a couple pimples on the back of my neck and one where my cleavage would be if I had boobs. That was the biggest grossest one. Voice is normal and throat feels fine.

btw, how's your diet

140p 123c 39f. This past week was a struggle but otherwise I stay pretty true to it. Sometimes below sometimes above. I eat mostly clean and try to keep my carbs actually lower than the 123 but too many days in a row leaves me tired and looking to cheat.

I completely agree with all of the above comments. You have to run a ton of th stuff for a long time to get negative sides. even up to 4 IUs is Ok especially if you are older and not making much GH of your own. So far with my skin I have seen an evening of skin tone and I am SUPER fussy about my skin. I've had some plastic surgery and of course do glycolic acid every couple weeks and botox about every 3 months or so. I've had fat grafting too and frankly that was the most beneficial thing. You look older mainly due to loss of volume in your face. To look younger you need to replace that volume.

Wendylifts--idk how tall you are but your calories seem kinda low if you are trying to gain mass? i calculated based on your macros. I guess I missed if you are in prep, If so maybe that's why low cals.
